We will print your design to the exact specifications of your order. Once an order is submitted the order is final. Double check your order details before submitting your order to ensure that you receive the intended design and fabric.

We ship orders using USPS and UPS. Customers will receive tracking information once your order ships. Processing time for orders is 3-5 business days plus the transit time of whichever shipping service the customer chooses.

Once the package leaves our facility and is in the care of the shipping carriers Fabric Punch is no longer responsible nor can Fabric Punch make any changes to your order. The customer will need to contact the shipping carriers with the tracking information provided for further assistance.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incomplete or incorrect address the customer is responsible for paying any additional shipping charges.
